Uniform/Bag Turn In

Wednesday, October 24th, 2011 in Room # E149 (Mr. Coach O)

@ 2:25 until we are done (about 45 minutes)

Uniform and sports bag turn in date: Mandatory

CLEAN THE BAG. WIPE IT DOWN INSIDE AND OUT.

SPRAY IT WITH FREBREEZ OR DEODORIZER FOR FABRIC

Coaches will not take items during the school day (to confusing)

Plan to wait in line to turn in and verify numbers and help sort the items.

Each athlete will also be expected to fill out a team survey.

Varsity T-Shirts $8.00. (If you got one, please pay)

***Varsity Participation Letter verification form is due on Friday, October 28, 2011

This is only for those who have been working

on this special activity all season.

Not mandatory.

Cross Country Banquet

Wednesday, Nov. 8 @ 6:00-8:00pm in the Commons

Families are invited to share our potluck and enjoy our awards ceremony.

We had a great season and we want to celebrate as a team and family.

Schedule

6:00-6:40 Dinner and Special XC video

6:40 -7:40 Awards

7:40-8:00 XC misc. business and clean up (all help)

All athletes are expected to attend.

Dressing nice and neat is expected.

******Please do your part and prepare a nice dish for our evening.********

We will be serving 60 athletes and families (approx. 180)

Main dish (bring item hot-no ovens)

Salad (green, fruit, pasta, surprise?)

Dessert

Bread/rolls/

Drinks/cups (4: 2 liter sodas or juice each and cups)

. Bring items needed to serve your food items.

YOU MUST TELL THE COACHES IF YOU WILL NOT BE ATTENDING
